Warranty & Returns

Shock Electronix provides a 1-Warranty against defects, and manufacturing faults.

 

What is typically covered under Warranty?

  • Electrical or Mechanic Faults in which the item has failed from no other fault than it's own.

  • A Fault in the Manufacturing process such as paint and materials used.

  • The item simply doesn't work as it should as per manufacturing specifications.

 

How will we apply the Warranty?

  • We will repair or replace goods (or part of them)

  • We will resupply or fix a problem with services (or part of them)

  • We will provide compensation to the consumer.

What is typically NOT covered Under Warranty?

  • Damage from handling management.

  • Wear & Tear.

  • Tampering or abnormal use.

  • Modifications and alternations (outside what is generally expected)

  • Neglect, weather and/or envorimental factors.

Shock Electronix return policy.

 

What is typically expected Return Policy

  • We don't offer a return policy, we simply ask you to choose take your time, choose wisely and ask questions.

  • We don't offer a return policy, mainly due to the nature of the products, as the majority of our products are either custom made or intendend for a specific use.

  • The only time the return policy would differ is if you feel the product was incorrectly advertised and is not fit for it's intended use.
